RETURNS: Defective items are eligible for return within 14 days from the invoice date. After 14 days the product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact us by email to obtain a RMA number.
PLEASE NOTE: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Product returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the customer at customers' expense.
